Constant attention to details and tenant contact cultivates our relationships which result in substantial tenant loyalty. We have never lost a tenant to a competitor.

Mr. Skony has a rich history of experience beginning with his association with internationally acclaimed architectural firm, Perkins + Will, in Chicago to his subsequent foundation of his own development company in 1979. With his dual abilities in architecture and development, Mr. Skony has planned or developed over 30 healthcare, office, retail, hotel, and multifamily projects with a collective value in excess of $400 million. These include the development of buildings for the Sisters of Providence, the Franciscan Health System, and Evergreen Medical Center reflecting over 30 years of focus on medical real estate development.
