We strive to minimize risk to ourselves and our lenders. Our goal is not to be the biggest, but to be the most profitable and respected developer of medical buildings in any market.
We develop buildings with significant pride of ownership that incorporate materials and systems that best serve our tenants over the long term. We never defer maintenance to enhance cash flow.
ECONOMIC ANALYSIS
We use extensive computer modeling in custom programs that we have created to analyze the financial viability of every facet of our projects. Combined with extensive market research our feasibility analysis determines the project’s viability, not just today, but in future years as well.
